Read the terms and conditions
By enrolling in group training classes with Street Pawfection, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration
A completed registration form must be submitted before attending your first class.
It is the owner's responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
Street Pawfection reserves the right to refuse participation if a registration form has not been completed.
2. Class Fees
Group training classes are charged at £15 per lesson.
To make payments simple and consistent, fees are collected as a monthly payment of £60.
There are 13 four-week periods in a calendar year. The monthly payment structure allows for up to four planned closures per calendar year (for example holidays, training courses, illness, venue closures, or other unforeseen circumstances).
If Street Pawfection closes for more than four classes within a calendar year, clients will receive a refund or credit for any additional classes affected.
3. Payment
Monthly payments of £60 must be maintained to retain your place in class.
Your place in class is only confirmed once your registration form has been completed and your monthly payment has been set up.
Failure to maintain payments may result in your place being offered to another client.
4. Missed Classes
Refunds, credits, transfers, or make-up sessions cannot be offered for missed classes.
Class spaces are reserved in advance and venue and business costs remain payable regardless of attendance.
If you are unable to attend a class, your monthly payment remains payable to retain your place.
5. Handler Responsibility
Dogs must remain under the control of their handler at all times.
Owners are responsible for their dog's behaviour and welfare during classes.
Any incidents involving a dog must be reported to the instructor immediately.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog both inside and outside the training venue.
6. Equipment Requirements
Owners are responsible for bringing any equipment requested by the instructor for training classes.
Information regarding required equipment will be provided in advance.
Dogs must attend classes on a suitable fixed lead and collar, harness, or head collar as advised by the instructor.
Extendable (flexi) leads are not permitted at any Street Pawfection classes under any circumstances. Owners must use a standard fixed-length lead for the safety of all dogs and handlers.
Street Pawfection uses force-free, reward-based training methods. The use of aversive training equipment is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Choke chains
• Prong collars
• Electronic or shock collars
• Citronella collars
• Slip leads used as correction tools
• Any equipment designed to cause discomfort, fear, pain, or intimidation.
Street Pawfection reserves the right to ask owners to remove prohibited equipment before participating in a class. If suitable alternative equipment is not available, participation may be refused.
7. Health & Welfare
Dogs attending classes must be fit, healthy, and free from contagious illness.
Puppies should have received vaccinations appropriate for their age, following veterinary guidance.
Owners must not bring dogs showing signs of illness, injury, vomiting, diarrhoea, kennel cough, or any other contagious condition.
Owners must inform the instructor of any medical conditions or behavioural concerns that may affect participation.
8. Safety
Street Pawfection reserves the right to ask any dog or handler to leave a class if their behaviour poses a risk to other dogs, handlers, instructors, or members of the public.
No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
Owners remain responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by their dog.
9. Changes & Cancellations
Street Pawfection reserves the right to amend class dates, times, venues, instructors, or course content where necessary.
If a class is cancelled by Street Pawfection, clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Photography & Social Media
Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during classes for promotional purposes, including use on social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Clients should notify Street Pawfection if they do not wish for themselves or their dog to appear in photographs or videos.
11. Liability
Participation in dog training classes is at the owner's own risk.
Street Pawfection accepts no liability for injury, loss, damage, theft, or expenses incurred while attending classes, except where required by law.
Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is adequately insured if they wish to obtain cover for veterinary fees or third-party liability.
